Working alongside him is Executive Chef Juanito Abangan, whose leadership and culinary vision continue to elevate Marco Polo Plaza Cebu’s reputation as one of Cebu’s premier dining destinations. Together, Chefs Kenny and Juanito have curated a menu that honors Malaysian culinary traditions while delivering the refined and elevated buffet experience Café Marco is known for.
