If you’ve been to Boracy for several times, you might want to view this island from above.  Yes, by taking a helicopter tour. This activity  is perfect for anybody, specially for those who seek thrills besides the usual land and sea adventures.

Normally, tour operator will  pick up its guests from their hotel or accommodation  and drop  them off at the helipad.

3. Go scuba diving

If  helicopter tour enables you to view  Boracay from above, scuba diving enables you to view Boracay underwater. Yes, Boracay is more famous for its beautiful beaches than for its diving. However there is interesting reef diving for beginners as well as for more experienced divers. This island has also several diving sites, accessible by short boat ride.  Whether you a are beginner or a pro on this sport, you would still enjoy this activity.  There are shallow and easy spots where you can observe the colorful reef life and breathtaking  coral with parrot fishes, damsel fishes and turtles.

For experienced divers,  they can try dive sites like Yapak and Camia. These sites are not recommended for beginners because of the depth and the strong  current. But, you can spot  fishes here,  such as Barracudas, Dogtooth Tunas, Trevallies. Whitetip, Blacktip Reef Sharks, and other kinds.

4. Rent a yacht and enjoy cruising

Another exciting activity in Boracay is yacht-cruising.  This activity gives you different view of  the Island, specially the sunset which Boracay is also very known for.  Aside from sightseeing, you can also do other activities like, snorkeling, island hopping, or simply relaxing with family or friends.

There are several tour operators that offer this service like, Boracay Yacht Cruise Sunny (09664928677), myboracayguide.com, viator.com, guidetothephilippines.com.  Package normally includes hotel pick up, 2-hour cruising, snorkeling, meals, beer, and drinks. Island hopping will depend on the weather, but normally trip includes Diniwid Beach, Tambisaan Beach,   Bolabog Beach, and Puka Beach.  Other package includes a buffet dinner. Make sure also to bring your personal gears like camera, swimwear, extra clothes, and  other personal things.
