Sheraton restaurants reopen under ‘new normal’

Whenever you are ready to dine-in again, Sheraton Manila Hotel is a step ahead to welcome you back in its S Kitchen and Oori Korean restaurants, and The Lounge lobby bar. One of the first to re-open for dine-in, the hotel reassures that high level of safety measures are enforced in every corner of its property, while still making the experience delightful as it has been.

Dine with Safety

Considering everyone’s safety as topmost priority, Sheraton Manila upholds both its brand’s Commitment to Clean and the government’s protocols – not only in its restaurants, but all around the hotel. Right upon entry, you can feel at ease of being out of risk. All guests undergo temperature check, safety reminders are posted on all areas, alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available on every touchpoint, and footprints are placed as guide for social distancing. Associates are well-trained to observe safety protocols by wearing proper personal protective equipment (masks, face shields and gloves), but while exuding that warmth through attentive service and smiles that are evident through the eyes. To lessen the contact, they have digital copies of collaterals accessible via mobile.

S Kitchen and Oori are operating at a 30% capacity with 55 and 66 person capacity respectively. Tables are arranged to allow proper social distancing and have installed glass dividers for any face-to-face seating. Grillers at Oori are set up for individual use. Both restaurants have private dining rooms that are perfect for small group dining for exclusivity and further safety. Cutleries, napkins and glasses are bundled together and not exposed until it’s ready for use. All food items, including sides or sauces, are sealed when served, ensuring that it’s carefully prepared from kitchen to your tables. Going an extra mile, small packet is provided to place in your face mask while eating, And after you dine, your tables are disinfected thoroughly for the next diner.

Dine with Delight

Adapting with the “new normal” might look a little strange, but dining in at Sheraton Manila still tastes exceptional from food down to the service. S Kitchen offers both a la carte and buffet of local and international selections from soups, salads, classic comfort food, and dessert. You can enjoy again its signatures like S Burger, Plant-based Pancit Bihon and Nasi Goreng. It also features serviced buffet wherein food is delivered to the tables.

While at Oori, all its casual Korean food items are back from bibimbap bowls, pancakes, noodles and that famed Korean chicken, Dakgangjung. Oori’s upscale Korean grill selections – both Spanish Duroc pork and premium Australian beef – are also available which you can either grill yourself or by the chefs. Of course, other well-loved Korean dishes you miss a lot are present like Bingsu, Beef Galbi Jjim, and Beef Bulgogi. Even its soju-infused cocktails are spotted on its beverage menu.

Dine for a Treat

Sheraton Manila knows how much you miss dining out, so they have a welcome back gift for you: free chef’s dessert at S Kitchen for every two (2) orders of main dish and free one (1) bingsu for every two orders of bibimbap bowls. S Kitchen’s lunch and dinner buffet is Php 2,100 from Mondays to Thursdays, and Php 2,350 on Fridays to Sundays.
