Navigator of the Seas makes debut in Singapore, kicking off a year long season of Asian Getaways

The ship brings together adrenaline-fuelled attractions, standout entertainment and diverse dining options, with experiences for families, couples and friends

Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas arrived in Singapore today, marking its Asia debut and the start of a year long season from the Garden City. Through October 2027, vacationers can visit destinations across Malaysia, Thailand and beyond, with getaways ranging from action-packed adventures to laidback escapes.

“Navigator of the Seas’ arrival in Singapore marks a game-changing moment for Royal Caribbean, making it easier for vacationers to discover more of Asia from one convenient homeport. With a range of short getaways and longer journeys to destinations across the region, Navigator gives vacationers greater flexibility in how they experience Asia,” said Ben Bouldin, President of Greater China and Managing Director Asia, Royal Caribbean. “We’re thrilled to welcome Navigator to Singapore and give families and friends more ways to explore, reconnect and make every getaway count.”

From Singapore, vacationers can choose from 2- to 5-night getaways across Southeast Asia where they can explore the heritage-rich streets and renowned food scenes of Penang, Malaysia, unwind on the beaches of Phuket, Thailand, or discover the scenic landscapes of Langkawi, Malaysia. Vacationers can also embark on a 10-night journey to Thailand and Vietnam, with stops in vibrant Ho Chi Minh City and coastal Da Nang in Vietnam, as well as an overnight stay in bustling Bangkok, Thailand. For longer adventures, 12-night journeys between Singapore and Tokyo explore destinations across Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

On Navigator, vacationers can take on thrilling attractions including The Blaster and Riptide waterslides, while families can enjoy activities such as Battle for Planet Z laser tag, the Royal Escape Room and the Splashaway Bay aquapark for kids. The culinary offering on Navigator spans casual bites and specialty dining, from Japanese-inspired favourites at Izumi and Italian classics at Jamie’s Italian to fresh seafood at Hooked. Vacationers can also catch live performances at the Royal Theater, enjoy music and cocktails at The Bamboo Room, or soak up the lively atmosphere at The Lime and Coconut.

Navigator’s year long Singapore season is part of Royal Caribbean’s 2027–28 Asia-Pacific lineup. From January to April 2028, Voyager of the Seas will sail from Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, while Ovation and Anthem of the Seas offer adventures from Brisbane and Sydney, Australia. Quantum of the Seas will follow Navigator’s season in Singapore, with vacations kicking off from October 2027.

Together, the lineup gives vacationers greater choice and flexibility to explore the region with Royal Caribbean.
