Haus unveils Haus Da Lat, its pioneering ESG–focused lifestyle development in Vietnam

The HAUS brand emerges as a new benchmark for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)-led, destination-driven real estate in Vietnam. HAUS unveils HAUS Da Lat, its first development in the centre of Da Lat, Lam Dong Province, introducing an integrated luxury destination that brings together wellness, culture, hospitality and residential living. Spanning five hectares, the development features HAUS Residences, a commercial centre and a five-star resort. In its first year of participation, HAUS Da Lat received four national-level wins at the International Property Awards 2026, recognising its landscape architecture, model interior design, residential development and living space development.

Sustainability underpins every aspect of HAUS Da Lat, guided by a long-term vision to preserve local culture and natural ecosystems while advancing towards Net Zero ambitions. The development brings together global design collaborations with legendary architect Kengo Kuma, Isometrix Lighting + Design and 1508 London, alongside 1010 Origin, the HAUS Wellness Center by Chiva-Som, Vietnam’s first Open-Air Museum, and Da Lat’s largest Pine Forest Preservation Project. Together, these offerings unite architectural excellence, wellness, cultural experiences and hospitality within a future-ready luxury destination.

The invite-only Grand Opening Ceremony on 7 November 2026 will bring together international personalities for a curated celebration of art, architecture, music and hospitality, culminating in an exclusive performance by legendary Italian tenor M° Andrea Bocelli. The opening will unveil selected public cultural spaces and experiences, including 1010 Origin, the Model House, Design Exhibition, Flower Gate, Pine Square and Water Stage, while the Open-Air Museum, commercial centre, five-star resort and HAUS Residences will open progressively in subsequent phases. Alongside HAUS Da Lat, HAUS is advancing Coastal Quang Ngai – A Community by HAUS, a nearly 94-hectare net-zero ecological development envisioned to accommodate 4,000 residents, extending its commitment to sustainable, community-led real estate in Vietnam.
