All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA) today announced the launch of its collaboration with “Chiikawa,” aiming to create vibrant travel experiences and memories for its customers. The collaboration will feature a specially designed “Chiikawa Jet,” scheduled to operate on domestic routes beginning in late October 2026. The aircraft will depict Chiikawa and seven other characters and include limited-edition in-flight items to create a unique “Chiikawa” air travel experience available only on ANA.

・Aircraft type: Boeing 767-300 (Registration: JA609A)
・Design concept: Eight characters, including Chiikawa and friends Hachiware and Usagi, are depicted on the fuselage. The characters are surrounded by motifs that can be seen across Japan throughout the four seasons.
・Scheduled launch: Late October 2026
Exclusive In-Flight Amenities
The immersive “Chiikawa” experience will begin the moment passengers step on board, bringing the world of “Chiikawa” to the skies with specially themed in-flight items featuring original ANA designs:
Headrest Covers: The design features the Chiikawa characters that appear on the aircraft. Available in domestic Economy Class. Please note that headrest covers are for in-flight use only and cannot be taken home.
Limited-edition cups: A design pattern featuring Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi will be used for beverages and available in domestic Economy Class. Please note: In-flight items on the specially designed aircraft are subject to change depending on the day’s operational status.
Special Design Collaboration Goods
Special design collaboration goods featuring Chiikawa and friends wearing ANA uniforms are also scheduled to be released with details to be announced in the future.
Details regarding future flight schedules and the exact start of service will be announced on the official ANA website as soon as they are finalized.
