Luxury cruise SH Minerva tours onboard guests across Philippines islands

Luxury expedition cruise ship SH Minerva, with 53 foreign tourists onboard, sailed across some of the Philippines’ most scenic and remote island destinations from May 9 to 20, 2026, offering a glimpse into the country’s natural gems.

As part of its “Philippines to Japan Cultural Discovery Cruise” itinerary, the Swan Hellenic-operated vessel journeyed through the Hundred Islands in Pangasinan, Salomague Harbour in Ilocos Sur, and as far as Batanes and Sabtang Island, giving passengers a snapshot of the vibrant culture and landscapes in the country.

Earlier this year, SH Minerva made its maiden voyage to the Philippines under a separate itinerary titled “Raja Ampat and Philippines Cruise: The Last Paradise on Earth” that brought more than 90 passengers onboard through Casulian Island in Siargao, Loay in Bohol, Cuatro Islas in Leyte, Romblon, Marinduque, and Manila from April 28 to May 9.
