Taking place on May 29, Friday, the exclusive dinner brings together the distinguished character of The Dalmore single malt whisky collection and authentic Japanese cuisine within an intimate dining setting.

Set to unfold at Yamazato Main Dining, the evening is thoughtfully designed to showcase the relationship between refined Japanese gastronomy and the rich complexity of one of Scotland’s most celebrated whisky houses.

Each course is meticulously prepared by Japanese Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino and paired with distinguished expressions from The Dalmore collection. The collaboration highlights the balance between precise Japanese culinary techniques and the depth, richness, and layered character found in every pour.

The evening’s whisky selection includes The Dalmore 12, The Dalmore 15, and The Dalmore King Alexander III, each thoughtfully paired to complement the nuanced flavors, spice, and complexity of the whisky experience.
