The Department of Tourism (DOT) recently introduced its Medical Tourism Concierge at NAIA Terminal 3 (Arrival Bay 14), alongside the Transit Tour Booth, offering dedicated support for medical tourism patients and companions whether walk-ins or those with pre-booked appointments at DOT-accredited partners such as Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Belo Medical Group, Gan Advanced Osseointegration Center (GAOC), Makati Medical Center, Novodental, The Medical City and Urban Smiles, Wellness Tourism Association of the Philippines (WeTAP) and St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Some of the services it aims to provide include orientation on Philippine medical and wellness offerings, comfortable lounge access, facilitate assistance through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine procedures, and coordinate transfers to partner hospitals and clinics right after baggage claim.
