Hilton earns top recognition in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards from U.S. and U.K. Readers

As a global leader in hospitality, Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today releases the results of the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, spotlighting over 47 properties within its brand portfolio that have been recognized by Condé Nast Traveler readers in both U.S. and U.K. markets. This recognition reflects Hilton’s ongoing commitment to delivering world-class experiences across the globe, with hotels and resorts from Waldorf Astoria Hotels & ResortsConrad Hotels & ResortsLXR Hotels & ResortsNoMad HotelsSignia by HiltonHilton Hotels & ResortsCurio Collection by Hilton and Tapestry Collection by Hilton ranked. Four Hilton properties received first-place rankings from readers in their respective categories, and 19 Hilton properties were ranked in the top five in their markets.

In the U.S. survey, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts saw incredible recognition at its properties around the world, with three properties receiving first-place rankings: The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel as the No. 1 Hotel in New Orleans, Waldorf Astoria Park City the No. 1 Resort in Mountain West, and Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal recognized as the No. 1 Resort in Western Mexico, further spotlighting how beloved the iconic Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand is among travelers, due to its longstanding commitment to timeless elegance, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and sophisticated accommodations for its guests. In 2025, the luxury Waldorf Astoria brand portfolio reopened Waldorf Astoria New York as the brand flagship, an integral opening to the Waldorf Astoria brand story, its modernization, and the next era of luxury. 

Best known worldwide for its purposeful service and bold design, 11 Conrad Hotels & Resorts were recognized by U.S. readers, with five stunning APAC properties receiving awards in the top five placements of their respective regions: Conrad Tokyo was recognized as the No. 4 Hotel in Japan for the second year running, Conrad Beijing received the No. 4 Hotel in Beijing placement, Conrad Seoul received the No. 4 Hotel in Northern Asia placement, Conrad Bangkok was named the No. 5 Hotel in Bangkok and Conrad Dubai received the No. 5 Hotel in The Middle East placement.

Within the growing LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, ROKU KYOTO, LXR Hotels & Resorts was named the No. 6 Hotel in Japan and Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts was spotlighted as the No. 7 Resort in The Southwest.

Signia by Hilton, Hilton’s portfolio of premier hotels and resorts located in dynamic destinations around the world, marked its growth and success with the newly signed and converted Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa, recognized as the No. 8 Resort in the Southwest.

Five Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties, Hilton’s flagship brand, where the world comes together and travelers are masterfully hosted with expertise and care, were celebrated by U.S. readers. Highlights include Hilton Anaheim, ranked the No. 7 Hotel in Southern California, Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, recognized as the No. 7 Resort in Florida, theWit Chicago, a Hilton Hotel honored as the No. 8 Hotel in Chicago and Hilton Anatole named the No. 12 Hotel in Texas.

This year’s awards recognized 11 individually remarkable Curio Collection by Hilton properties, led by The Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton, which earned the No. 1 Hotel ranking in Colorado and the No. 31 Hotel in The World. Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, secured the No. 2 spot among Resorts in Southern California. The brand also claimed the No. 3 and No. 4 positions in the Resorts in Florida Keys category, with Baker’s Cay Key Largo, Curio Collection by Hilton and Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton, respectively. 

Hotel Marcel New Haven, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was awarded the No. 4 Hotel in the Northeast, highlighting the brand’s original, vibrant personality.

For the second year running, the Condé Nast Traveler team also featured separate survey results for the United Kingdom. In the U.K. awards, readers selected three properties from the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand, including Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah as the No. 3 Hotel in The Middle East, Waldorf Astoria Berlin as the No. 10 Hotel in the Rest of Europe category, and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills as No. 17 in the Rest of USA category.

Additionally, NoMad London, the brand’s first luxury hotel bookable under Hilton’s portfolio, located in Covent Garden’s historic Bow Street Magistrates Court, was named the No. 33 Hotel in London by U.K. readers this year. Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, the No. 3 Hotel in Italy, and The Caledonian Edinburgh, Curio Collection by Hilton, the No. 19 Hotel in the rest of the U.K., were also recognized.

Returning for its 38th year, the annual Readers’ Choice Awards from Condé Nast Traveler continues to capture the travel experiences its readers love best. From hotels and resorts to airlines, airports, cruise lines, cities and more, a spot on this annual list represents a prestigious celebration of the leading brands and businesses within the travel industry.
