Malaysia Airlines is pleased to unveil two exciting features to its award-winning Enrich lifestyle and loyalty program, Tier Carry Forward and Mid-Tier Booster, designed to enhance your travel experience and elevate your rewards.
The Tier Carry Forward benefit will allow Elite Points, in excess of the required qualification for the renewal or upgrade of tier status, to be carried forward to the next calendar year. Enrich will roll over excess Elite Points up to 50% of requalification requirement.
The eligibility for Tier Carry Forward will be determined based on the Enrich Member’s tier and the credited Elite Points as at 31 December of each calendar year. Enrich Members can view their carried-forward Elite Points from 2023 (if any) by accessing their account online. This initiative positions Enrich as the first loyalty programme to offer such a feature in Asia.
Meanwhile, the Mid-Tier Booster is applicable to Enrich members who reach the specific milestones based on cumulative Enrich Base Points within their tier. These points may be earned through various activities such as flying with Malaysia Airlines, oneworld member airlines, partner airlines, converting bank points or other loyalty points to Enrich, or purchasing products and services from Enrich’s lifestyle partners.
Upon reaching the specified milestone, members will unlock additional rewards, which include bonus Enrich Points, bonus Elite Points or complimentary Golden Lounge access.
