Pineapple Chicken is served in a real Pineapple shell giving you a hint that what you are about to taste is the goodness of chicken cooked with pineapple juice and coconut milk with red and green peppers, carrots, and ginger. The Tinola sa Buko is served literally in an opened buko,  giving you such a delicious treat of chicken cooked in coconut water with papaya, malunggay, and ginger.

Comfort foods like Pan Seared Salamon, Fried Chicken, and Fish and Chips are also available. For those who love noodles, you have options of Pancit Luglog, Miki Bihon, Pancit Hubhub, and Crispy pan-fried noodles.
