From La Paz Batchoy to Pancit Molo, Iloilo is a culinary giant especially with its geography giving way for fresh seafood to be served. At the Iloilo Foods and Beverages Expo (IFBEX), visitors will see the different culinary options across the region, giving everyone a taste of their best dishes. They can also learn from local chefs through cooking demo where they could find out how to elevate different dishes. There are also various competitions where young and beginner chefs can show their skills.
