Aozora Ramen

What to order in Aozora?

Well, you can start with their signature dish – the Aozora Ramen, their  bulalo-inspired ramen.  Since Tagaytay is very well known for delicious bulalo or beef soup, this is not quite surprising. Aozora’s ramen is served in a claypot and with fire underneath to ensure that it stays hot while you eat it.  Also, you  can try  their appetizing Aozora Salad which is made of mixed  green salad topped with fresh crab sticks and fried crab sticks with choices of Wasabe Mayo and Sesame dressing.

Another must-try in their long list of menu are Rainbow Maki, Mixed Sashimi, Gyu Don, Mixed Sushi, Chicken Katsu, Chicken Yakitori, Aozora Fried Rice, and  Wagyu Steak.  For the dessert, you can try their Mango Tempura or Tempura Ice Cream.  By the way, their sukiyaki is something you should not miss. And, drinking their special Japanese brand “KEY” Sumiyaki coffee   or warm or cold sake during or after your meal, while catching the fresh cool air all day and night,  will give you such a wonderful feeling.

For the early birds, they serve authentic as well as contemporary Japanese meals. If you are a breakfast person, their Omurice and coffee (complete breakfast with miso soup and Sumiyaki coffee), will surely be a great morning salvo.
