If you have not decided yet where to escape this weekend, think of Subic Bay Freeport Zone. If you are fortunate, it will just take you two hours drive from Metro Manila, like our last visit a few months ago. Of course, it would be a different story if there is unusual or untoward happening along the route.
Simply known as Subic Bay, this former US Military Base offers its visitors ecological and natural tourism destinations. Aside from natural parks, clear-blue waters, white beaches, luxury hotel resorts, travelers will also enjoy the duty-free shops, restaurants, and other sports activities.
